DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday). Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Due to our Fraud Protection Policy, to prevent potential fraudulent transactions , billing and shipping addresses must match.

We can't combine shipping for multiple orders.

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

We offer UPS shipping for international orders. 

For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

We are not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.

Please note that all duties and taxes associated with international shipping are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by our shipping policy.
